Death Row Essay Topics - Writing Essays for Death Row Sentences

Death Row Essay Topics - Writing Essays for Death Row SentencesIf you are a death row inmate you must have an interesting death row essay topic. A death sentence can be considered a life sentence. It's the end of your life, so you must have something to say that is meaningful. Some people will write about their love of family and friends, some will talk about their reasons for murdering, some will write about what they did to keep from suffering, and some will talk about their thoughts on what they want to do with their lives after death. One way to think about a death sentence is to imagine the situation of a child who has been accepted into the next grade. They'll get to school and immediately outgrow it. They might grow up and become an adult that has family and a great job. Or, the child may develop a problem or even turn out to be a bad kid, but then when they grow up, they realize they're not cut out for that kind of life. This doesn't mean they should stay there though, because they could still turn out to be a good person. In this case they should go back to school and get a degree. The death sentence gets expunged from their record once they go back to school. At least they'll know what they've done wrong.A lot of inmates get sent to death row because they have failed to make the kind of life they would like. This includes some who failed to finish college and others who had problems or challenges in their lives. Many inmates simply don't have the resources to pay for a college education. They either didn't have the money or the means to go to school and they didn't qualify for any financial aid.One way to find essay topics that speak to these types of people is to look for interviews where inmates talk about what made them commit the crime they did. Then you will find they are in a very good place mentally. They have real reasons for doing it and they realize they were wrong in some ways.If you are sentenced to death and are not yet 40, remember that yo u can make a difference in your life. You have done nothing wrong and there are many ways to make up for things you may have done. Maybe the one reason you murdered was to pay your way through college. You could easily do that if you would only go back to school. You may be thinking that you don't have time for this and your life is too busy. It is true that you don't have time to do everything you'd like, but it's not true that you have no opportunities to learn anything worthwhile. There are programs available now that will allow you to get your education and go back to college or to get a degree and still be able to go to jail. The only time you should have a death sentence is if you killed another human being. Maybe you killed someone because you felt the need to satisfy your anger. This is a terrible reason, but if you kill someone, that's what the law says you must do.
